The Yeppoon Running Festival is back from 27 to 28 July 2024 starting on the beautiful Yeppoon main beach foreshore!
It's time to turn your dreams into reality! Join us at the Yeppoon Running Festival and challenge yourself to reach new heights.
The Yeppoon Running Festival incorporates 5 distances to cater for runners of all levels, including a family-friendly 1.6km Family Fun Run on Saturday afternoon.
This is one of the fastest regional races in Queensland and the only Marathon in Central Queensland. The new courses are fast and flat with reduced lap numbers or simple out and backs depending on your chosen race distance. You will start and finish in the heart of Yeppoon allowing you to soak in the atmosphere and crowds along the main strip as you loop through. While you’re there, take a look around as you’ll see many of the local attractions as you run along the foreshore. You will make your way along the beach until you veer a little inland through some lush greenery. Whether you enjoy the hustle and bustle or peaceful tropical forestry, we’ve got you covered.
