While we respond to email correspondence as quickly as we can, our self-service online options are the fastest way to request a service or report a problem, or email us at


Our Customer Support Officers are available Monday to Friday 8.00 am to 5.00 pm. Outside of these hours an after-hours service for emergencies (water or sewer outages, burst water pipes etc) is provided.
