Livingstone’s Health & Wellness Expo

Stallholder expressions of interest are now open for the Livingstone Health and Wellness Expo, set to be held on Saturday, 14th September 2024.

Livingstone Shire Council invites local sporting clubs, organisations, health, fitness, and wellness businesses, health practitioners and providers to participate in this year’s inaugural event.

The Livingstone Health and Wellness Expo is a not-for-profit initiative aimed at promoting health and wellbeing within our community. Our primary goal is to create an environment that is free, interactive, and fun, encouraging individuals and families to prioritise their health and wellbeing by embracing physical activity and adopting healthy lifestyles.

The expo provides a platform for health and fitness groups, clubs, organisations, businesses, and programs to showcase their services and activities, promoting positive wellbeing, healthy lifestyles, and social connections. By featuring a diverse range of services, activities, and products that support fitness, wellness, and healthy living, we aim to inspire positive lifestyle changes within our community.

Stallholders who offer quality goods or services that support fitness, wellness, and a healthy lifestyle are strongly encouraged to register their interest.

Additionally, we invite stallholders to provide an engaging or interactive stall activity for attendees to participate in at their stall, to enhance the attendee experience and foster interaction and discussions about their service.

Stallholder Frequently Asked Questions

  • There is no cost for a stall.  Stall holders are required to be available for the duration of the event. Places are limited so early registration of interest is strongly recommended.

  • Our primary objectives include: 
    • Bringing together sports, fitness, health, and wellness organisations and businesses to connect with the public.
    • Enhancing greater public health and wellness awareness through interactive and informative exhibits 
    • Promoting healthy lifestyles and encouraging individuals to prioritise their physical and mental wellbeing.
    • Supporting capacity building and recruitment of sports volunteers.
    • Offering a platform for attendees to meet and network with like-minded individuals, companies, and industry experts in the health and fitness community. 

    • Provide marquee, table, and chairs for stall setup.
    • We encourage stallholders to create dynamic displays and offer interactive activities that engage attendees and promote active participation.
    • Ensure that two (2) delegates are available to attend the stall between 10am and 1pm (Stalls must not be packed up until after 1pm)
    • All stallholders are required to have current public liability insurance on the day of the event. If you need to purchase insurance, you may consider buying a once-off 'Community Liability Pack Section B'.

  • Please submit your completed expression of interest application to CDSR@livingstone.qld.gov.au by 9.00am, Monday 27 May 2024.
