Council is recruiting for a permanent full time Carpenter who will perform a variety of carpentry tasks, including construction, maintenance, and repairs of Council assets and no two days will be the same. You will work on minor capital building projects and maintenance activities, ensuring high standards of workmanship and safety at all times. Candidates will be required to demonstrate how their experience meets the position responsibilities and requirements as outlined in the position description.

- Skills, Experience and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Trade qualification in Carpentry or Joinery and experience undertaking a range of carpentry and building construction tasks including maintenance activities on various assets and operations relation to the position; and
- Possess and maintain a Construction Induction (White Card).
- Possess and maintain a current motor vehicle drivers licence.
- Possess or have the ability to obtain a Working at Heights Certificate.
- Possess or have the ability to obtain First Aid Certification.
