Special Council Meeting - 17 April, 2025

In accordance with section 2.2.4(c) of Council’s Meeting Procedures Policy, the Chief Executive Officer calls a Special Meeting to be convened in Council Chambers at 9am on Thursday, 17 April 2025 for the purpose of discussing the following:

• 1. Sale of Land on Golding Street, Yeppoon

In accordance with section 2.3.1 of Council’s Meeting Procedures Policy, the Chief Executive Officer must send notice of the time, place and the business on the Agenda of the meeting to each Councillor.

Where practicable, such notice must be provided at least two (2) full days before the proposed meeting. This public notice serves as notice of the meeting.

An agenda will be made available on Council's website in due course.
In accordance with section 254J(3)(g) for the confidential reasons, the reports associated with this meeting are considered confidential and will not be made publicly available. 

Following the meeting, the minute papers will be made available on the public website.
