In accordance with section 2.2.4(c) of Council’s Meeting Procedures Policy, the Chief Executive Officer calls a Special Meeting to be convened in Council Chambers at 2pm on Thursday, 22 May 2025 for the purpose of discussing the following:

  1. D-336-2024 – Reconfiguring A Lot (one lot into three lots) and access easement
  2. Residential Activation Fund Grant Application
  3.  The Pines Appeals – Update (In accordance with section 254J(3)(e) the reports associated with this meeting are considered confidential and will not be made publicly available)

In accordance with section 2.3.1 of Council’s Meeting Procedures Policy, the Chief Executive Officer must send notice of the time, place and the business on the Agenda of the meeting to each Councillor. Where practicable, such notice must be provided at least two (2) full days before the proposed meeting.

An agenda will be made available on the Public Website in due course. Following the meeting, the minute papers will be made available on the public website.
