The Yeppoon Customer Service Centre will be temporarily relocated from Monday, 20 April 2026 to the Ground Floor, The Hub, 7–9 James Street, Yeppoon, while essential air-conditioning upgrades are carried out at Yeppoon Town Hall.
The temporary location is situated directly across the road from Yeppoon Town Hall. All Customer Service functions will continue as normal during this period.
The relocation is expected to remain in place for approximately 9 weeks, subject to construction progress.
Opening hours remain unchanged:
Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm (excluding public holidays)
