Online

Head to our Online Services portal to report any non-urgent requests or enquiries 24/7.

Online Services allows you to make payments, lodge applications, submit service requests, book a council venue or request a property search. 

 

On the go with the Snap Send Solve App

Snap Send Solve is a free app that can be used to alert Council of issues in the community anytime and anywhere in under 30 seconds.

Simply take a photo, geo tag the location, write a description and send it off to be solved!

You can report issues such as potholes, illegal dumping, overflowing park bins, wandering animals, playground maintenance, footpath damage and much more.

The app is free and available to download to your smart phone from the Apple Store or Google Play Store:

Our Customer Support Officers are available Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm. Outside of these hours an after-hours service for emergencies (water or sewer outages, burst water pipes etc) is provided.
