The Caves 39th Annual Agricultural Show – A Celebration of Community and Country Life

The Caves Progress and Agricultural Society is proud to present the 39th Annual Caves Agricultural Show on Saturday 18 April 2026 at the Caves Showgrounds. With the grounds looking lush and green after recent rain, it’s set to be a fantastic day celebrating agriculture, community, and country life.

The day kicks off from 8:00am with a full program of equestrian and cattle events across multiple arenas.
Visitors can enjoy a wide range of attractions including pavilion exhibits, market stalls and food vendors, trade displays, and sideshow alley, along with a free petting zoo and face painting for the kids.
Not to forget a vintage car display, camel rides on offer and a big sandpile for the little ones to play in.

Inside the pavilion, explore competitiors entries in cooking, handicrafts, horticulture, produce, photography, school exhibits, and a growing LEGO section.

Afternoon and evening entertainment will take over the main ring from 4:00pm, featuring working dog demonstrations, a bucking bull, live music, and more. Crowd favourites like the multi-draw raffle and novelty competitions will also return.

The Canteen will be open from 7am until 8pm and the bar will be operating from 11.30am until 11.30pm to keep everyone fed and refreshed at all times.
