Superseded Planning Schemes

A planning scheme (or version/reprint thereof) becomes superseded when a new planning scheme or planning scheme amendment is gazetted. Superseded planning schemes are essentially a former planning scheme. Access to the most recent superseded planning schemes is available below.

Council is aware of some link errors on this page and within the Schedule 2 and Schedule 3 documents, and is currently working to resolve these issues.
