In accordance with section 2.2.4(c) of Council’s Meeting Procedures Policy, the Chief Executive Officer calls a Special Meeting to be convened in Council Chambers at 1.30pm on Thursday, 26 February 2026 for the purpose of discussing the following:
- Elnabor – Proposed Minor Change
In accordance with section 254J(3)(e), this report is considered confidential and will not be made publicly available.
In accordance with section 2.3.1 of Council’s Meeting Procedures Policy, the Chief Executive Officer must send notice of the time, place and the business on the Agenda of the meeting to each Councillor. Where practicable, such notice must be provided at least two (2) full days before the proposed meeting.
Following the meeting, the minute papers will be made available on the public website.
