In accordance with section 2.2.4(c) of Council’s Meeting Procedures Policy, the Chief Executive Officer calls a Special Meeting to be convened in Council Chambers at 2.00pm on Tuesday, 9 December 2025 for the purpose of discussing the following:
- James Street – Appeal Update
In accordance with section 2.3.1 of Council’s Meeting Procedures Policy, the Chief Executive Officer must send notice of the time, place and the business on the Agenda of the meeting to each Councillor. Where practicable, such notice must be provided at least two (2) full days before the proposed meeting.
An agenda will be made available on the public website in due course.
Following the meeting, minute papers will be made available on the public website.
