In accordance with section 2.2.4(c) of Council’s Meeting Procedures Policy, the Chief Executive Officer calls a Special Meeting to be convened in Council Chambers at 9.00am on Tuesday, 23 June 2026 for the purpose of the Budget Adoption (2026/2027).
In accordance with section 2.3.1 of Council’s Meeting Procedures Policy, the Chief Executive Officer must send notice of the time, place and the business on the Agenda of the meeting to each Councillor. Where practicable, such notice must be provided at least two (2) full days before the proposed meeting.
Following the meeting, an agenda and minute papers will be made available on the public website.
