Free Community Course - Meditation for Beginners

The Meditation for Beginners workshop is facilitated by Elaine Warcon and runs over a period of 4 weeks.
You will learn: Mental techniques to reduce stress; Psychological, as well as physical benefits of meditation; The difference between meditation, guided imagery and visualization; and How your meditation can help give you peace of mind and body.
What you need to do: Bring a yoga mat or blanket and pillow; Notebook and pen; Wear loose comfortable clothing.
