This survey is designed to give you a say regarding future building height policies to be incorporated in the new Town Plan 'Living in Livingstone'. Your feedback is important, as it will play a key role in ensuring Council's decision regarding this aspect of the new Town Plan reflects the majority view. Survey results will be published in the Capricorn Coast Mirror and Council website

While the collective results of this survey will be considered in the new Town Plan individual survey forms are not classified or individually listed as 'formal' Planning Scheme Submissions. However if you would also like to lodge a formal individual Planning Scheme submission simply tick the mailing list box below and Councils Planners will send you all relevant information regarding making submissions, planning workshops, consultations and updates

In relation to Yeppoon CBD, Anzac Parade and other higher density residential and tourist areas it is intended that the new Town Plan incorporate appropriate 'urban design codes' for all new buildings over three-storeys. These 'codes' will help ensure that any taller buildings are designed to complement the character of the town and blend with the landscape surrounds
