The purpose of this advice is to advise Council that we intend to develop the proposed building work under the superseded planning scheme in force immediately prior to commence of "Planning Scheme 2005 – Living for lifestyle" on 17 October 2005.

(a). Site plan showing all contours, cut/fill, vegetation cover, building location,
