SUBMISSION
OF DIGITAL AS CONSTRUCTED INFORMATION
The following information and
associated links are provided for Consultants and Developers who have
an association with subdivisional and developmental works within the
Shire and are required to submit final As Constructed plans and
documentation to the Council.
The Council has implemented a “Submission
of Digital as Constructed Information” Policy
(Click
here to access the As Constructed Manual) to
standardise the way in which As Constructed information is collected,
documented, mapped, submitted and integrated. This process is designed
to make the entire process simpler, more efficient and accurate and
provide long term benefits for all concerned in the process.
It is now a Council requirement to submit
all As Constructed documentation in accordance with the adopted and
current form of this document. The
purpose of this communication is to introduce you to this document and
its requirements, and provide access to it.
It should be noted that all submitted As
Constructed drawings are required to be to real scale, true
orientation and in MGA94 projection.
Drawings submitted in an arbitrary coordinate system will no
longer be accepted.
