Operational Plan

In accordance with section 174 of the Local Government Regulation 2012, Council must prepare and adopt an Operational Plan for each financial year. The Chief Executive Officer must then present a written assessment of the local government’s progress towards implementing the Annual Operational Plan at Local Government Meetings, held at regular intervals of no more than 3 months.

Each year, Council undertakes an important business planning process to determine the key services Livingstone Shire Council will deliver to its community during the financial year, and to ensure that it discharges its responsibilities in a way that is consistent with the Operational Plan.
