Get Active

Overview

Livingstone Shire Council’s Sport and Education Services Unit operates alongside local sport and recreation clubs, and other organisations to create opportunities for the community to engage in a physically active lifestyle.

More than 90 sport and recreation clubs across a range of activities including cricket, swimming, bowls, rugby league, Australian rules football, tennis, surf life saving, and many others call the Livingstone Shire home.

In order to help Sport and Education Services provide a high level of service to local clubs and organisations and to assist in the distribution of important information regarding programmes, funding and training, Council requests all sport and recreation organisations complete the Committee Contact Form.
