Our Customer Request Module allows us to have excellent access to your requests for service information – this module will generate a unique identification Customer Request (CR) number, which Livingstone Shire Council will read out to you. Please quote this number in all further correspondence, as this will give Council Officers with the opportunity to quickly access and check progress of any requests from you.
