Our Enquiries Email Inbox is monitored by our Subject Matter Experts during standard business hours. We endeavour to reply to all enquiries within ten working days. If you have an urgent enquiry please contact our Customer Service centre by telephone.

Our Customer Request Module allows us to have excellent access to your requests for service information – this module will generate a unique identification Customer Request (CR) number, which Livingstone Shire Council will read out to you.  Please quote this number in all further correspondence, as this will give Council Officers with the opportunity to quickly access and check progress of any requests from you.
