Follow a 365 metre track to two lookouts. The first overlooks Fan Rock, with its intriguing rock fractured into hexagonal columns. The second lookout gives a bird's eye view of the harbour.

Time: Allow Approx. 1.5 Hours
Grade: Moderate
Enjoy panoramic views of the Capricorn coastline and the Keppel Bay Islands on this circuit. The circuit offers views of trachyte rock formations and the northern coastline. Foraging turtles and dolphins can often be seen in the waters below. 

Fan Rock and Rosslyn Bay Lookouts

Time: Allow Approx. 40 Minutes
Grade: Moderate
At Double Head, this steep sealed track takes you through shady vine thickets and sunny grasslands and features two scenic lookouts: Fan Rock and Rosslyn Bay. Enjoy views to the Keppel Bay islands and other volcanic plugs south along the coast from Fan Rock and spectacular views north to Yeppoon and the Byfield Ranges from Rosslyn Bay Lookout.
